i found the staff very helpful with directions. the elevator was convenient! for carrying luggage. the air conditioning was really effective, a relief during a warm day. the room was cleaned daily to a high standard.

The soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

The staff was very kind, i will give them that. The front desk operated 24/7 and gave a sense of security.

The room barely resembled the photos online. It was far inferior. The toilet was broken. The cover was lying discarded. A makeshift apparatus had been rigged up to flush the toilet using a wooden stick. It didn't work. I was like i had been cheated.

I really enjoyed the hotel location. It was convenient to reach many attractions. The staff seemed very friendly. I found they changed my room once I was not happy with its bathroom size.

The walls was to lack proper insulation causing some noise.

the staff was friendly and helpful . the location was indeed close to many shops and restaurants. the room was clean, and i got fresh towels daily.

the room i stayed in was quite small, i found that disappointing. the bathroom lacked a shower curtain, the floor got wet each time i showered. i noticed the absence of a kettle in the room, i wished i could make tea.
